Every year, the Flying Dog tribe gathers at a mountain retreat to pitch beers for our Brewhouse Rarities series of small-batch, limited-release beers.

Inspired by the obscure and unearthed, anyone -- from sales and marketing to accounting, packaging to the brewers themselves -- has the chance for their idea to become a reality. The only criteria lies in a few simple words from the Good Doctor: "Too weird to live, too rare to die."
