Our annual beer dinner at Victoria Gastro Pub gets better with each year. To tempt and tease, here's a look at the menu for this year's dinner on Wednesday, January 11:
Smoked Salmon and Roasted Beet Salad
- Watercress, citrus vinaigrette
- Paired with Garde Dog Biere de Garde (our Spring seasonal)
Seared Sea Scallops
- Carrot, orange and ginger coulis
- Paired with Brewhouse Rarities Imperial Hefeweizen
Roasted Duck Breast
- Cornbread and chorizo stuffing, piquillo pepper sauce
- Paired with Oak-Aged Double Dog Double Pale Ale
Porter-Braised Lamb
- Parsnip mash, baby spinach, and sour cherries
- Paired with ESG: Extra Special Gonzo with Brettanomyces
Chocolate Dessert
- Paired with Kujo Imperial Coffee Stout
