Maggie's is having its first Flying Dog beer dinner October 19! Here's a look at the menu:

Crawfish Bisque

• Crawfish, vegetables, and potatoes in a spicy tomato cream broth
• Paired with our Doggie Style Classic Pale Ale

Roasted Game Hens

• Seasoned and roasted game hens served with sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts
• Paired with our Dogtoberfest Marzen

Pork Tenderloin Ragout

• Seared tenderloin topped with black beans, onions, tomatoes, and Cajun spices - all served with Cheddar rice
• Paired with our Raging Bitch Belgian-Style IPA

Chilean Sea Bass

• Oven roasted fillet in curry cream sauce, raisins, grapes, and toasted pine nuts - served with roasted red skin potatoes and braised spinach
• Paired with our In-Heat Wheat Hefeweizen

Chocolate Mocha Mousse

• Paired with our Gonzo Imperial Porter
