First Course
- Crispy, Local Hollywood Oyster with Creamed Spinach and Black Garlic Oil
- Paired with Pearl Necklace Oyster Stout
Second Course
- Baby Arugula Salad, Old Bay Roma Sausage, Harborcourt Honeycomb and Cinnamon Gastrique with Pumpkin Bread Croutons

Third Course
