Get your cold beer here...seriously! After nearly three years of working (in tandem with the Brewers Association of Maryland) with state and county legislators, we are now legally allowed to sell beer by the glass in our tasting room. 

Prior to these new laws, we were viewed strictly as a manufacturing facility and were only allowed to serve beer samples after patrons went on a guided tour of the brewery. But starting this Thursday, our tasting room will be open:

• Thursdays and Fridays 3- 8 pm
• Saturdays 12-8 pm
• Sundays 12-6 pm

Four-beer flights are $7 and full pours are $4 each. Those times are also your time to get your growlers filled. With fills ranging from $10 to $15 (depending on the beer), you can bring your own or buy one of ours.

And with the hypothetical ribbon-cutting ceremony for our tasting room (we must have misplaced our really, really big scissors) comes another announcement: The Sub Rosa Series. Brewed on our 15-barrel pilot brewing system, these beers are small-batch, experimental releases only available in our tasting room. Allow our Brewmaster Matt Brophy to explain:
