Brewhouse Rarities Spiced Pear Ale 

Each year, at least one of our Brewhouse Rarities highlights local agriculture. Enter Spiced Pear Ale. Clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice were added to the boil, vanilla beans to the whirlpool, and fresh pear juice during conditioning to give it a spicy, cider-like character that highlights delicate pear notes. And at 6.8% ABV, it's perfect for your fall fruit fix. 

Single Hop Imperial IPA with Apollo

The last release in this year's Single Hop Imperial IPA series is a doozy. This year, our brewers chose to explore hops that are typically reserved solely for bittering, not necessarily for aroma and flavor. Apollo packs a punch of resin and pine hop bitterness with subtle orange spice. Like the rest of it's single counterparts, it clocks in at 10% ABV.
