Maryland Seafood Beer Dinner at Alewife October 11
Chef Chad has put together an amazing menu for Alewife's Maryland Seafood Beer Dinner, featuring yours truly, Tuesday, October 11.
The night will start at 5 pm with a Flying Dog tap takeover both upstairs and down with dinner served at 8 pm. Now onto the menu:
First Course
- Buffalo Crab Dip served family style
- Paired with Woody Creek Belgian White
Second Course
- Cream of Crab Soup with an In-Heat Wheat Crouton
- Paired with our In-Heat Wheat Hefeweizen
Third Course
- Roasted Chesapeake Gold Oysters with crab, Maryland corn relish, and beer mignonette
- Paired with Dogtoberfest Marzen
Fourth Course
- Seared crab cake with smoked bacon cream and chipotle slaw
- Paired with Snake Dog IPA
Intermezzo
- “Bloody Bite” Oyster shooter, Bloody Mary-style
- Paired with Tire Bite Golden Ale
Fifth Course
- Rockfish Imperial: Crab-stuffed Rockfish with Imperial sauce with corn on the cob, chipotle mashed potatoes, crab macaroni and cheese served family style
- Paired with Secret Stash Harvest Ale
Sixth Course
- Pumpkin bread pudding
- The Fear Imperial Pumpkin Ale
