DC Food Truck Beer Dinner March 23-24
We're partnering with UncurbedDC to bring you the District's first food truck beer dinner! This epic two-night event will take place at a pop-up restaurant space at 1134 18th Street NW. Both nights will be from 7 pm to 9:30 pm.
Here's a look at the menu:
First Course: DC Empanadas Truck
- Poached pear and Brie empanadas
- Paired with Raging Bitch Belgian-Style IPA
Second Course: DC Slices Truck
- Proscuitto and caramelized onion pizza with ricotta and mozzarella
- Vegetarian option: Spinach instead of proscuitto
- Paired with Wildeman Farmhouse IPA
Third Course: TaKorean Truck
- Korean-style roasted pork TaKo with Kimchi radish slaw, pork cracklings, and TaKorean toppings
- Vegetarian option: Caramelized tofu TaKo with Napa and Romaine slaw and TaKorean toppings
- Paired with Old Scratch Amber Lager
Fourth Course: The Rolling Ficelle Truck
- "The Davis" chicken salad sandwich with house-made lemon aioli, almonds, avocado, and Romaine lettuce
- Vegetarian option: "The Perelli" sandwich with eggplant, red pepper, and tomato caponata with fresh mozzarella and house-made garlic aioli
- Paired with Doggie Style Classic Pale Ale
Fifth Course: Curbside Cupcakes Truck
- Snickerdoodle and Red Velvet cupcakes
- Paired with Gonzo Imperial Porter
