Beer Dinner at Monocacy Crossing in Frederick August 17

When getting together with a restaurant's staff and chef is as much fun as it was with Monocacy Crossing, you know the dinner is going to be good.

Join us for a night of good people, good beer, and good food Wednesday, August 17. Here's a glimpse of the menu:

Appetizer: Paired with our In-Heat Wheat Hefeweizen

  • Mini shrimp and crab souffles

First Course: Paired with our Snake Dog IPA

Tandoori-spiced Hamachi filet with pickled papaya, mango, and carrot slaw

Second Course: Paired with our fall seasonal, Dogtoberfest Marzen

Braised elk shoulder with prunes over barley risotto

Third Course: Paired with our Double Dog Double Pale Ale

Smoked beef hangar steak over blue cheese Swiss chard, roasted cauliflower, and salsa verde

Dessert: Paired with our Gonzo Imperial Porter
