First Course

• Seared scallops over a micro green salad with sour orange vinaigrette and cilantro oil
• Paired with Tire Bite Golden Ale

Second Course

• Shredded rabbit quesadilla with all the trimmings
• Paired with Doggie Style Classic Pale Ale

Third Course

• Linguica mussels in a Raging Bitch, tomato, pepper, and onion broth
• Raging Bitch Belgian-Style IPA

Fourth Course

• Grilled pork loin served with a vanilla and bourbon demi glaze with parsnip puree and roasted baby carrots
• Paired with our Gonzo Imperial Porter

Fifth Course

• Salt roasted pears topped with a Gonzo caramel and sweet mascarpone cheese
• The Fear Imperial Pumpkin Ale
